Century Logistics manages an on-site Customer Services Centre, which provides total customer support for one contract. This comprises of eight staff handling over 350 calls per day. Other services are listed below:
Provides support to stockists and retailers with regards to consumers and retailers questions relating to different products
Customer Service staff are responsible for organising deliveries and collections for products that are in need of repair or spares.
Priority is always placed on the Customer receiving thorough concise information relating their goods
Communication with couriers to ensure the goods are received / despatched within an allocated time period that is mutually acceptable
Since the operation began a steady increase of customer contact has taken place on a daily basis
Calls range from catalogue requests, stockist location and issues regarding product warranties
E-mail questions from consumers, retailers and stockists are usually answered within 30 minutes
Regular contact with customer / stockist at every stage of the enquiry
All Customer Service Centre staff have their own dedicated telephone number that can be passed on to the individual making the enquiry. This allows the customer to have one point of contact throughout their enquiry
The Customer Service Centre proved its effectiveness by winning the 2006 United Kingdom Warehousing Association (UKWA) Team of the Year award
